Welcome to Qinpi and the amazing world of alternative medicine.
My name is Pablo Resnik and I am the creator of Qinpi. I myself lived with the nightmare of chronic pain in the form of carpal tunnel syndrome which radiated into my arms, shoulders and neck. I was suffering and I was miserable.
After becoming frustrated with conventional treatment I sought out relief through alternative therapy.
Surprisingly, even in this modern age I found very little organized and helpful information that could lead me to explore the alternative medicine treatments.
I was fortunate to find a person to mentor me through the process of finding which treatment was best suit my needs.
I realized that most of the people aren't as lucky as I am in finding the right treatment and that there is a need for a simple & accessible way to overcome this problem. Qinpi was born out of this needs and provides the answer to it. Qinpi is the online guide for alternative medicine and helps each and every one of us to find the right treatment.
Therefore my purpose in developing of Qinpi is to provide an online guide to save other persons the same frustration I encountered in exploring treatment for their ailment.
In exploring alternative medicine it's important to keep in mind that there are many treatments that may be applied to certain condition yet but not all of them may work for you. Alternative treatment is very individualized and should be personalized to you.
For example, if you are uncomfortable with needles acupuncture may not be a treatment you may choose even if it has had proven success in treating your best friend with your same condition.
Many people don't use alternative medicine because there isn't enough scientific evidence that it works
Alternative medicine is complimentary medicine to conventional medicine. As with conventional medicine it is important to consult a physician to rule out any serious underlying condition.
Therefore, Qinpi will help users explore the available treatments for your condition by providing the online community with unique and insightful user reviews and statistical information.
The name Qinpi derives from the name of a Chinese herbal medicine, and I found the name likeable because it contains the word QI- meaning life energy inside it.
Qinpi will act as your personal healing gate while providing a platform for the online community to share helpful information in regard to alternative medicine
